Accepted Payments: paypal, Checks, Money Orders.

 

Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS UNLESS special instructions are given from customer.

 

Returned Shipments/Cancelled Orders: All shipping charges of returned shipments will be the customer's responsibility. No merchandise returned after 5 days will be accepted unless good's are defective or shipped in error. All returns are subject to an inspection upon return. In case of defective merchandise we reserve the right to credit or replace that item at our discretion. Parts or Choppers returned and or canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee of 30%. Refunds take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to receive the refund. Money will be refunded in way purchased. Example Paypal refunded Back Through PayPal etc.

 

Damaged Goods: Products damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier. Save all packing lists, shipping cartons, and packing material until you have contacted the carrier. We will do everything possible to speed the process to get you a replacement or appropriate credit.

 

Shortages: All credit and claims for shortages must be reported to the office within 24 hours. Before calling, make sure you open and THROUGHLY inspect ALL cartons and packing materials and tell how many cartons you received. Also, please make sure you count the amount of packages you receive before you sign for them.
